Final Projects: Museum Visit
and Exhibit (Due by end of Week 2) 20%
Students will present a paper (double-spaced) of 2-3 pages (400 - 600 words) on a virtual exhibit or topic related to our visit to the Sheikh Dr. Sultan al-Qassimi Center for Gulf Studies or to the Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization. Students may also choose to explore how Gulf Arab culture was an active participant in the modern world economy and history. Students may incorporate multimedia, to supplement their findings. Provide a personal reflection and critical opinion about your observations and analysis and document with at least two sources in APA citation form.
A brief presentation
or discussion of the examples chosen may be given and shared in class.
